TK probably raised a million dollars just today on this. And Betty Steffens is probably lining up the legal talent right now.

Look for FSU to file lawsuits in the Northern District Court of Florida.
Look for the Seminole Tribe to file seperate lawsuits in the Southern District.
Look for the State University System to also file a seperate suit.

There's so much you can sue these guys on. But perhaps the strongest case is that of the Tribe, which is a sovereign nation who enters into a contract with the university on licensing and royalties.

The NCAA better get ready to spend some serious cash on federal appeals litigators. Cause I have a feeling most of our guys will do it for free.
