they recruit players that are too small for BSC conference teams. They design their system around speed, not size. They also recruit attitude over talent. Then they coach the hell out of them.

I agree about Chris Peterson. He has done an incredible job at BSU and a lot of folks think he has been the secret of the program at BSU. More so than the two previous coaches, the one that is at Colorado and the one that just got fired from Arizona State. I would have two concerns about him.

1. How well will he recruit in the south, coming from a small school in the mountain northwest.

2. Can he transition to an offense that is built on talent? Can he build a team with 5 star talent?
