There's some data for you. They've done well with their terrible talent...but against terrible opponents. Not a very good record against good opponents. But, they also obviously had inferor talent. But, why do they struggle to bring in good talent and would that continue if they weren't in the frozen tundra of Idaho and at a school with no football tradition?
