And quite frankly, any playoff system that wouldn't involve USC and would include Wisconsin (man, talk about a team that has literally played NOBODY and is reaping benefits from it) is a bad system.

I say, 10 game season, 16 team playoff with 11 conference champs and 5 highest BCS ranked non-champs. Two finalists play in BCS title game, others go to bowls, through tie-ins or at large bowls. It's all inclusive, the regular season means something, including scheduling good opponents, and the bowls can still be used fully.

it makes more than total sense. But, as such, it would never, ever ever ever ever ever be used ever.
