#49 – Dayne Williams

Fullback – 6’1″ 222 lbs – 1986-1989

Dayne Williams, out of Leesburg, FL, was a 3 year letterman for the Noles from 1986-89. He was a touchdown machine for the Noles in 1987 scoring 15 touchdowns on only 71 carries. In 1988, despite a dip in his numbers, he was named an Honorable Mention All-American. In all, Williams rushed for 666 yards on 173 carries over his 3 seasons and scored 24 touchdowns. Of course, this was all in addition to his work as a lead blocker for some excellent running backs for the Noles in the late 80s.
