In both these fields, it is very difficult to find high paying jobs with a Bachelor's degree. Most Biology majors end up going into healthcare - MD, DO, PA, PT, OT, Optometry, DDS, DMD, DVM etc. All of which require post-grad education. And the ones that go into the hard sciences have to get an MS/Ph.D. And the few that get entry-level Biotech jobs make a lot less than the computer sciencby Mahaanole - The Bucket

But who you're bringing in affects what they make when they leave. The rare 1500+ SAT student who came to Meredith on a full ride is now doing an MD at Yale. She spent $0 to go to Meredith. She will be in the top 1% for ROI when she finishes and starts practicing. You put a whole bunch of them together and you get Harvey-Mudd. Duke (ranked 15th): Incoming SAT: 25th percentile is 2020. 75th percentile is 2300. FSU (ranked 400): Incoming SAT: 25th percentile is 1110. 75th percentile is 1290. Meredith College (where I teach, ranked 1500+): Incoming SAT: 25th percentile is 910. 75th percentile is 1110.
