My questions 1 - Why no rules official with Tiger's group ? were they tired from chasing a 14yr old around the course with a stop watch ? 2 - If TV production is to be used to find infractions.....only players in the afternoon will be subject to scrutiny since the Master's only allows broadcasting from 3-6pm......If you tee off at 8;00am you are not held to the same scrutiny as someone whoby MongoosFSU - The Porch

A - I really don't think charging fouls have caused players to stop driving to the rack....players have the ability to pop up for a 4-8ft jump shot or dish to the offensive player who has been uncovered by the help defender.....IMO, charging fouls mainly occur when a player is out of control or hot-doggin' trying to make "ESPN's top plays of the night" .
