Jeremy Kerr has spent most of his career providing the Seminoles with a large blocking tight end.  He made his first career catch a big one against Florida in 2005 with a TD reception. Last season Kerr played in every game, but did not record a reception. With young talented tight ends ahead of him on the roster, Kerr’s role with likely remain unchanged as a special teams player and blocking tight end.
