Upshur was a top tight end recruit out of Philadelphia in 2016.  He played in 6 games as a freshman but recorded no stats.  Upshur is player that Florida State is high on, but with Ryan Izzo and Mavin Saunders solidly in their roles he probably won’t make a large impact in 2017.
